This is the new error. Before it was just the crashes, but now there's this as well.

Happened on Narbuk and on the Barbarian's Faction crypt.

Right after the first round, the game stops.

By the way, you can check my posts to keep record on how often the freezes happen. I realized today that I made 5 of them already.

I don't use Plarium play.

On Android, I ALWAYS update ASAP because I've been hoping for a fix for 3 months now.

What details do you need?

The freezing problem: it can happen at any point (when loading the game up, when loading a fight, in the middle of a fight, opening the champion collection, right after a fight, when going to the portal...). When you restart the game, you'll see the "Report Problem" window, which doesn't seem to work because you don't get a reply.

The NEW problem: for me it has happened between fights and in the middle of them.

- Between fights: you get that same window, the background turns black (the Victory, reward and the "HUD" is still visible, but not the fight "setting"). You have to restart if you want to do something meaningful (if you tap Yes enough times, you get sent to the "city"; where you can interact with the sparring pit; but you can't start new fights anywhere, you can't summon, or at least I couldn't the only time I tried... When you tap "Fight", the button that shows the fight cost, whether that's key/energy, it shows the "tap" but doesn't work).

Hello, The game appears to be stabilizing i have not been crashing as much. Let us know if the problem continues.

It does indeed continue. It happened today (four times) as well.
