What do I do if I'm not getting credit for upgrading my gear for the TMNT event? I'd like to try and get the 5 Donnie shards reward

Make sure:
1) enhancement points aren't slow to register
2) youre upgrading artifacts or accessories to 4/8/12/16
if you still aren't getting points contact support
