1) Can you try seeing if connection issues are solved by VPN?

2) Matchups have changed quite a bit. Before you could match up with folks in higher tiers but with seasonal rankings driving the matchups, players are seeing a significantly wider range of matchups.

Well, I am giving you an update on these 2 issues.

1.) Since that weekend, I did not experience another DC since. However, how on Earth does turning on a VPN resolve this issue? How would being in Iceland resolve a North American issue. That doesn't make sence at all.

2.) That is a TERRIBLE idea. I once faced someone with a 9k rating. How does getting smashed in the face with no hope make this game fun? I typically try to get 5 wins so that I can get my daily chest and call it quits. Now, with over 50% of my matches coming from 1 tier above and 20% coming from 2 tiers above, I have only been able to get a 5 win out of 10 match day four times in the past 3 weeks. That isn't fun at all. At this rate, I'll just get my 1 win for my daily and quit. This isn't going to make more people play, they will play less. Whoever came up with this idea is stupid and should go back to programming school. Unless you're a whale with unlimited resources, NO ONE is going to want to play live arena. Read the data and prove me wrong.

1) It isn't quite simple as that as it comes to connection between Raid/Plarium and users. Often these issues are just remedied by a VPN, however.

2) It is possible/common for people to match up against players with significantly higher general rating now due to seasonal matchups - and this is seemingly working as intended, at least for now.

Agree with topicstarter. There is some guy on foto who intentionally uses some programs or technical bugs, with this. When was my 1st move from arbiter, I saw this "problem", after automatically arbiter goes to a1, there is "internet peoblem" is disappear.

This thread and forum are not for baseless accusations. You are free to open a support ticket, but we've never seen situations like this ever be anything other than issues that are not malicious.

my words are not groundless. once again, carefully reread what I wrote, I described the situation, attached screenshots. besides, if you add 2+2 and draw certain conclusions, then a person with such a low level of points, with such a low account level with no stars at heroes has such a high rating. My friend recently had the same situation with problem like that. It is not isolated. If you have not encountered this, it does not mean that it does not exist.

Yeah, unfortunately that's not how this works. It seems correlated to you given the timing of events but there's no proof, no causation. Live arena has seen plenty of connection issues over its lifespan so it is almost certainly just a case of that. 

Regardless, support will have to take a look because those of us without the ability to see what players are doing (myself and you included) are unable to see if anything out of the ordinary is occuring.
