Lady Noelle has a bug on her A3 freeze. When Sir Nic is on the same team her freeze should be irresitible and unblockable. Like other abilities that are unblockable (Armanz Sheep ability, Wukong's Sheep ability), it should go THROUGH Stoneskin.

The bug is that Stoneskin is blocking Lady Noelle's freeze when Sir Nic is on the same team:

The intended effect is that she will freeze through the Stoneskin. That is what this champion was designed to do.
