Hey there ShadoMane, sorry that no one else has answered you yet.

There could be a few reasons that you may not have qualified for the "monkeyking" promo code. There are three limits to the code, two of which you probably were good for but I'm not sure about the third for you.

1.) A new player code needs to be entered within 24 hours of creating a new account.

2.) Only 1 new player code can be entered per account. (Sort of ties into rule 1 as you start a 24 hour timer once you put in a promo code).

3.) Your account has to be under level 15 to enter a new player promo code.

That third rule might apply to you. At the beginning, you gain levels on your account pretty quickly up until level 20 when it starts to slow down a little. You can get to level 10 on your account within an hour pretty easily. You can get to level 15 in under 2 hours. If you played very aggressively, you may have been at level 15 and thus no longer qualified for the new player code.

Personally, I feel as if new players should be given a choice of a new player reward when they reach level 5 or even 10. If someone honestly started playing the game for the very first time; they probably have no idea about the new player codes. They instantly fall behind anyone else that was told about a new player code. Not to mention that you can get additional good characters for your account if you use a link to create your new account.

Personally my friend, I would delete your account and start over new. If you haven't invested any real money into the game yet, you can easily use a Google email account and set a new one up. Also, there are also link codes that you can use to get an additional free character with Rector Drath being the best one for a new player. I would put the link here but I don't want to get flagged/banned for putting a link into a message. Just search for "raid shadow legends + link code + Rector Drath" and you should be able to find it.
