I am receiving the following error when I try to remove or equip another artifact on one of my champions:

I am also unable to ascend this champion and receive this error when trying:

This error occurs on PC and on iOS. I've tried restarting the game, clearing the cache, reinstalling the game, but nothing has helped. Please let me know how this can be fixed.
