Device: PC

OS: Windows 10, 64bit

Plarium Play: v9.6.0-0.0.0

This issue has been bugging me for a while (weeks or months), but usually in only some specific áreas, but it has become more frequent and in more áreas so very annoying and harder to play on PC. 

Steps:

1. I select a certain level
2. I choose my team
3. I click Start
4. Then the game simply crashes, either at early load, but most times around 50% of the load bar

Other notes:

• I was getting this mostly on Faction Wars and Doom Tower and sometimes on Cursed City. When it happens, I switch to the mobile in order to advance those. 
• I've tried a couple of other player accounts and I get similar situations, on same or different áreas.
• I reset cache but no difference
