I can't upgrade any champions. It gave an error message saying they were on a siege team, and now the upgrade button is greyed out on every champion. None of them are on a siege team or any team.

Edit: It's just one Outlander that I can't use to upgrade other champions. He's stuck. It gives the same error message every time and I'm sure he is not on a team.
