Playing on Plarium play on Laptop

Hey guys long time player, I've recently made a new account. Early in I pulled a Morrigaine (3 weeks in now) I've noticed specifically in Arena I'll use her A2 (Shriek of the Banshee) and noting will happen, I'll push the A2 and then it'll skip to my next champion. At first I thought I might have had a fear/true fear on me, but over the the 3 weeks I've been playing its happened a little over half a dozen times. 

Important to note, It doesnt happen every time, I've been playing this account for 3 weeks and doing about 30 arena match's a day and its only happened 6-8 times, still thought I would flag it though

also I've only noticed it in arena ! it could potentially be happening in Dungeons ect but I usually only run them on auto so I wouldn't know
