As the title says the block revive on Wight Kings A3 isn't working.  Was in arena and used his A3 on a duchess which had more than 3 buffs and was low enough to get the kill.  As such the block revive stated that it occured.  I revived another champ on my team and the opposing Lydia was able to revive Duchess.  Blocking the my revive is fine as thats what Lydia allows for but stealing it to revive Duchess when she was supposed to be under block revive. 

I've never had that with any other block revive champion I've used so there is something wrong with Wight Kings A3.
