Mercy has been achieved and no legendary champion

So, I have been tracking my mercy closely in the last few months. It turns out I have achieved 100% mercy but still no legendary champion. I saved my ancient shards to pull when there would be an extra legendary event, such as today, and nothing happened. Can you take a look and advise how I will be refunded?

I have pulled a total of 229 ancient shards without a legendary champion, I hope you keep a log of that. As per the current policy, each shard pulled after the 200th without legendary would increase my chance by 5%. Therefore, once I pulled 220 ancient shards, the next one should be a guaranteed legendary (100% chance). However, I have pulled 9 more and still nothing. 

Attatched is a printscreen from the RSL Helper which helps me keep track (even though I pulled 4 shards whilst it was under maintenance, therefore, didnt count here).

Hi, 

Are you certain you opened no shards without Helper up? i.e. via phone, other device or just having helper up. given that helper only tracks pulls while it is up. 

I do think one of the above to be the likely case but if you truly feel you're over mercy you'll need to contact support directly.

Yes, I'm positive. I've been tracking my mercy in parallel in one spreadsheet as well and I've been saving them for specific occasions. Do know how to get in touch with plarium support?
