Description: Vitriolic Thorns (per the description) should place Poison debuffs for 2 turns for every buff removed from them. Against Hydra it removes buffs but does not place Poisons.

Very unlikely this is a bug, I think.
Is Gallcobar booked? Does he have enough accuracy?
Blight, Mischief & Wrath are all immune to Poison, too.
Fully booked (so 100% chance), accuracy of 340.
Just ran a test and you're right! I didn't realize all those heads were immune. His ability worked correctly, but only on the Head of Decay (the only one not immune on this rotation). Please feel free to consider this matter closed.
