There isn't a known issue with Ailil and Brimstone, so I'm inclined to say this is just bad variance

I've tried more times (100 hits) and got 0 of them

Isn't 555 ACC not enough maybe?

let's run down a few questions:

Are you sure you have the Brimstone blessing on the right champion?

Are you sure the Sand Devil is asleep? 

Are you positive you have accuracy?

I feel like this has to be an Occam's Razor situation where it's a simple explanation, the other route is record a video of some sort to document and send into support 

I've tested it with other Champs

So what I've found - stage 19 has this reproduced for Richtoff (other stages are fine)

With 525 ACC it just failed to land any Brims there, while stage 21, 22, etc. are working properly on his A2

Poisons were laning fine, so ACC works there and it's this specific stage

I haven't heard anything back/found any other instances of this yet but one question: why accuracy/Brimstone on an Ailil? 

And I just tested myself and landed Brimstone just fine on 19 so I'm a bit curious what's going on on your end.

that was the only hero at a time that I had with 5 Stars awakening + that was "free" to build it for SD

I still have some issues with SD, might just record the video. Either I don't understand something about game mechanics there, or there is a bug

6* Cillian with Brim can't land Brim on normal hit. (should be 100% and no ACC required?)

5* Richtoff with 620 ACC gets it in like 1 in 4 turns (I use bloodletting. So it's 1 out of 12 hits there). And posion is applied constantly

Fair enough re: brim.

That said, would definitely need to see videos/data on it as there's no known issue with Brimstone and Sand Devil. I'd be curious if it's an obvious answer as well.

shows two things: 

1. Bloodletting having ~1 out of 5 chance of landing Brim (and not 3/5 as should)

2. Cillian not landing Brim on normal hits

and how I told in the video - these aren't unique runs, it's consistent

I'm not certain what the issue here is. You can only place debuffs on Sand Devil whilst it's asleep and frankly it looked consistent to me. (Richtoff looked to be going 3/3 on poisons while SD was asleep and Cillian was weak hitting due to affinity)

1. I've only counted hits while SD was asleep (4 out of 20)

1) I'll watch again but very tiny sample size

2) not an active skill/a1 doesn't count and doesn't place brim

my guess is the vast majority of the issues you're seemingly facing are that distinction + cooldown related

"attacks" - A1 works

also I just tested, and A1 lands brimstone

but not on 12:20. on non-weak hit

there is no cooldown issue

0:29 + 0:59 shows there is no Brim cooldown between sleeps and I land two in a row

My mistake, I mixed myself up for a second there whilst rechecking all the wording + multitasking. 

Issues are likely with tuning as when trying to place brimstone on sand devil - when he's naturally resisting it - even if it misses due to that reason it will put the skill on cooldown. This is an issue a lot of people ran into after the nerf to Sand Devil.
