I've been grinding ice golem for the chickens and I noticed that steelskull doesn't remove the heal reduction debuff before healing when casting his ascended A2, so I only get the debuff removal but not the heal. It seems that he first applies the heal and then the debuff removal. However, when the same skill is cast on himself, he removes the debuff first and then gets the heal, which I assume is the correct order since the skill description clearly says "removes all debuffs, THEN heals by 40%". Anyone else getting the same problem?
