I've noticed that Bulwarks passive skill, "Punishing Defense" doesnt always increase the attackers debuffs when it gets triggered.

When this happens, the "Punishing Defense" text shows from Bulwark but I see the debuffs didnt increase. I'd say this happens about half of the time I see it do this.

This next part I'm not sure if it's related or perhaps the cause, when an enemy has a debuff that will expire that turn, like Atk Down, that lasts until the end of the enemies turn, that also doesnt get increased it just drops. I'm not sure if this could be causing the bug to deactivate "Punishing Defende" if those weren't meant to be increased,  maybe its causing all debuffs to not increase. Or perhaps that's just a coincidence and it's happening during turns that "Punishing defense" just doesnt work right.

This isnt an easy passive to test on my end but I hope you can look into this. I really want to keep using bulwark for clan boss but this is extremely damaging to basically waste a champ slot if he doesnt work.
