Dear Raiders,
I think that means the clan has to many applicants waiting to be reviewed. Please try and join other clans.

Im having the same problem. every clan and I mean every clan iv tried says they cant expect anymore apps even when there is only one person in the clan.

Ditto, can't join ANY clan, even though they all show open spots. WTF dudes. First you do highway robbery with the real money prices for the game and THEN you make it impossible to play the parts needed for real leveling by limiting access to clans for no damned reason. I'm uninstalling this crap now, thanks for nothing.
