I just started this game and my daily new player reward was in with all the pop ups and I accidentally exited out of it before claiming for the day and now it is gone and the link for it in the left menu also disappeared... it was the reward system where I got a new guy every day 7.... how can I get this feature back?? I really liked this game and was hoping to get into it more but if this is what will happen then that definitely makes me hesitate pulling out my credit card....

I am having the same issue.  The game froze up when the "New Player Rewards II" window popped up, so I had to "swipe up" to exit the app and restarted it.  When I got back on, the usual popup ads came through, but nothing about the "New Player Rewards II".  Like everyone else has said:  I have access to all the other reward systems, but the "New Player Rewards II" is nowhere to be found.  

I spent a bunch of cash to prep my account so I could use those rewards immediately, I'm gonna have a real issue with Plarium if we don't get a fix for this.
