I got the same issue on PC via Plariumplay. Opened up Sacred Shard and got 0 points that count for the Event for the Epic i summoned. I was at 1455 before i summoned the Sacred Shard, funny enough green shards work and count for 1 point(i tried 2 afterwards and now i got 1457 points).

And here is the champion i got for 0 Points, looks like an epic to me(worth 250 Points). Not like beeing punished with that outcome of a sacred shard is enough.

Since i dont expect Plarium to fix this until the tournament is finished, i guess i now have to open 53 more green shards. Keep up the good work.

This is a completely different issue, actually.

Usually this resolves itself by restarting the app (there is often lag in the totals updating) and if it doesn't please open a ticket in game or here: https://plarium.com/en/support/

Of course i restarted the app before i posted in the forums. Also i opened a ticket and 83 more green shards to get the HW Event points to reach the 1550 goal. I can understand the "did you try to turn it on and off" solution, it would have been my first reaction too. Nowadays this solution does not fix 50% of the problems like it used to be 10 years ago, this is just my humble opionion after working 30 years in IT. cheers.

Grifo: you need to hit the 1550 point total to get the 100 Titan points. Having 650 points in the Champ Chase would not affect your total in the Titan event.
