I know this should work for names missing, but not certain about the key numbers showing up:

Try resizing your screen, should solve at least the visual bug of missing dungeon names. 

Thank you! Resize window fixed both issues. I think it's cuz i have small resoulution(prefer playing windowed mode in small screen) and i manually resized it by mistake and it broke at some point. :) But now it's fine.

it's a weird little glitch that popped up in one of the recent patches but fortunately it's a relatively easy fix. 

I've had that same problem pop up a couple times in the last week or two.

I haven't seen a consistent screen size that works off the top of my head, but it's about as quick of a fix as you can find if it does happen.

This hint helped me, too. Both the names and the number of keys reappeared when I made my game window bigger.

doesn't happen often (for me, at least) but fortunately it's just a quick fix. 

This happened to me too with the last patch. By changing the resolution in the Settings - Option menu in raid, I made it work again. I had 1920x1200 and I set it to a standard one of 1920x1080.
