"Destroy" set dosen't work like it should be - destroying enemy MAX HP by 40% damage dealt (to HP).

First. It dosent work at all when used with atack that ignore shield, while shield is on the target. Damage goes to HP, but MAX HP is not reduced as it should be.

Second. When used with atack all enemies ability, it reduce MAX HP only on one target insted all of those who gets hit on their HP, as it should be.

Are those bugs, or simply desctription of the set is a lie?
