Playing on Dell laptop (MS)

Problem: Campaign Mission - not receiving reward after completing stage 5 normal Sewers of Arnoc multiple times, and winning a chestplate with ATK % as primary stat each time.
Unable to move forward on missions until this is accomplished.

Could you take a screenshot of the mission? Are you certain you're doing it on the correct difficulty - Normal - while receiving an att% (not flat attack) chestplate, with it still not registering?
I think I realized my problem. Although I was seeing Attk +15%, the primary stat was not Atk %.
