I got to put my vote in for the banner lord knight vote but now the promo code it gave me isn't working. It says invalid promo code. How do I get the promo code to work

If I'm understanding correctly: you voted, got your promo code, tried to input it and it said invalid when you tried to input it?
It may be related to the Cloudflare issue from earlier today and I do know developers are looking into Banner Lord promo related issues. That said, if you did the above steps and had the code say it was invalid, you can open a support ticket.

dthorne04, I looked above to your reply to 80sbaby352, and this is the same promo code referenced above 14PRM0MLLVQ (not sure if its a O or 0, but have tried both) no go...still says expired... how do you do a support ticket please? Thanks for all your help!
