Failure retrieving Missions rewards

First - why was I banned when I attempted to send in this support request two days ago? Spamming? I was only playing the game and then creating the trouble ticket.

Second - Data about the problem is below under your headings

Failure retrieving Missions rewards

Full name of your device (e.g. iPhone X, Samsung Galaxy S9, etc.); 
 Occurs on both devices:

      iPhone 11,   iOS 16.2 

     Lenovo Ideapad 5 14/AL7 laptop with Windows 11 -22H2  Home.

     12th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-1235U   1.30 GHz, 16 GB

Steps you performed in the game before the issue occurred:

  Was repeatedly playing Sewers of Arnac stage 4 and trying to reach the award of "Gauntlets with ATK  (%) as the primary stat from Stage 4...", per the Mission statement.

  Afterward I completed the requirement for the Mission award three additional times. Contition persisted. Rebooted laptop and phone. No change.

Description of the issue. 
     See fotos. I completed the tasks, received a pop up message that I had completed them, went to the Missions icon on home page and saw it say (as in picture) that my reward was waiting, but when I opened Missions it initially (I think) offered me the button to claim my reward. Nothing happened. Since then (and maybe the first time) it only shows an imcomplete task (per foto.)

PS: 

I had unlocked the jewel mine a short time previously, but it was not immediately before the event.

Unfortunately I'm not sure why it might say you're banned for spamming, you'd have to ask support. 

Assuming you did that mission on Normal and had gauntlets drop with attack % as the main stat, then it all should be working fine. As far as I know there's no issue with that one, so I'd wait to hear back from support on that one. That's assuming it hasn't fixed itself by now, no lag in receiving rewards, etc.

Has not fixed itself. Has been four or five days already. 

I thought you were support. 

I contact support through posting to a page like this? Or do I email?

Volunteer moderator, can't affect anything like rewards on your account directly.

https://plarium.com/en/support/ is where, or in game through your avatar.

Again to make sure: you were doing the correct stage on Normal, got gauntlets to drop with attack% as main stat?
