This isn't a current bug that's known, and the only thing I can think of is an interaction between a bonus damage mastery, or Phantom Touch. Does Foli have War Master, Giant Slayer or Phantom Touch?

Can you record this happening?

Foli has War Master

in Doom Tower Hard mode stage 100 ist the Scarab King

i did this stage whith Conellia solo many Times but sinc 1 Week it is imposssible,

at the moment that Conellia received a Provoke or a Speed decrease debuff she will not get a turn so the Scarab King makes 2 extra hits and Conellia died without doing any turn

this happens every try between 3.30 to 6 mins.

i wrote at least 5 tickets about this but no response from Plarium

this would explain as the War Master proc takes precedence over the effect of Foli's A3, thus negating the block revive effect

as for Conellia I am pretty certain there is no bug there. what does her gearing look like?

429 res 241 speed 3,6k def 68k hp + the 60 res from Pyxniels Aura

every time when Conellia makes her A3 than the skill says if she gets a hit at that time than she get healed to max andher turn meter fills up complete but when she gets a speed decrease debuff at this her turnmeter just fills to 75% instead of 100%

due to this the Scarab hits her again and she dies this was never happened in history it must be a Bug

would need to see a video of this to pass along to support (if there is a bug) then because this would be the first I've seen or heard of this bug

as you described it originally sounds like it's working correctly in that the extra hits sound right, to me
