Wen I enter a sectiom such as tournement area I cannot go back. Hitting the X in the right hand corner does nothing. It's the same in all sections I enter I cannot go back. I have to shut the game down and restart and when I enter any section Im stuck I can go forward intesections bu not back tothemain screen or te previous screen.
I am having the same problem have tried to clear the cache also but still the same.
I'm having the same issues,and even the daily check-in reward month won't even open.I've tried various screens,market,store,CB,everywhere is the same,you can go 1 screen & your stuck there unless you completely log out.Totally Unacceptable!!
Yea I cleared cache too and restarted game ad computer too and still the same.
I was about to add some more info to this then went out to make sure I was right .
But it looks like they fixed it . ( I hope )
I am having the same issue. I sent support request and went through the whole updating my pc. Still can't X out of game menus when using plarium play - its ok on ipad though

not yet,i just tryed again,still the same,so better pick a screen where you have the side selection,at least that worked in the store,but couldn't leave.Had to close the entire game window,5 hour's gone........
Seems fixed now but i didnt get a response from support so not sure if its updated or anything
For those going thru the platinum dashboard, look for a small yellow download arrow next to the minimization ( - ),hit it,it seems to allow the patch to actually install.It worked on my account's,hopefully it will help someone else,good luck guy's!
