I have  same problem! vas bying  the first but didnt get a free ekstra! So whats  this game?  Only scaming?

Was it from a sacred shard?

it was a golden one, received with the monthly quest

So, I've never heard of anyone running into a problem with: opening during a pull one legendary, get one legendary except when:

opening the wrong type of shard - this had to be a sacred for this event 

and getting a legendary pull, getting their bonus legendary and continuing to open shards thinking it would happen again. it can only happen once.

If you opened a sacred during the event, didn't already get the legendary summon with extra legendary then feel free to open a ticket. 

so a legendary isnt  necesarily a sacred ?

This might b the problem, I dont remember if it was sacred or not but it was given ingame as a reward so maybe the techs know if they gave out sacred ones or not.

I dont want to complain a bit too much , but if its only for sacreds then I dont understand the 195 guaranteed ratio. I got like 3 in general from rewards so it seems impossible that someone would have 195 legendary shards laying around to open on that specific day.

For myself of all the legendary shards I received ingame and opened all of the mwere epics so except Ronda I never had a legendary. Came pretty close to the UDK by battling like crazy in a tournament but ended second against some person with a very strange nick that always seemed to be just a step ahead whenever I went good. I slept like 3 hours in that period to win so.. I suspect it was a macro or bot or something.

Anyway; despite all that, love the game :) 

I think you might be mixing a few things up. :)

You aren't guaranteed to get a legendary from a sacred shard (and have an 6% chance or 12% chance if there's a 2x event on), but there is a mercy counter that starts to kick in once you get past 12 sacred shards without a legendary. All of this information can be found in the portal by clicking the 'i' information button on the shard page.

There are guaranteed legendary events from shards but those are usually >150 for ancients, >80/90 for voids and >15 for sacreds. Those are usually for people far into the game, especially ones who can hoard a lot of shards from Clan Boss chests.

As for the event you were talking about (I think), you needed to get a legendary to drop from a sacred, then you'd get an legendary with that. 

In time legendaries come, but a lot of this game is played (and beaten) with epics. :)

Also training tourneys are tough to win sometimes. Some players can have quite a bit of saved up resources that we can't plan too well for. :D
