Ich habe das Problem das ich jeden Montag in der Tag Team Arene bei der Neubewertung der Stufen einfach abgestuft werde obwohl ich zu diesem Zeitpunkt immer im grünen Bereich bin. Normalerweise müsste ich dann eigentlich aufsteigen oder zumindestens die altuelle Stufe halten. Seit 6 Wochen bin ich nun kontinierlich von Silber IV nach Bronze III abgestuft worden.
Der Support möchte mir hierbei nicht helfen
