Lately, there has been an issue with Akoth vs Spider 25 on full auto.  His A2 should have a 100% change of placing HP Burn on all enemies with all the spiderlings on the field.  On full auto, the first time he hits with his A2, no enemies get HP burn.  A few rounds later, after he regains the use of the skill, every enemy is then lit up with HP Burn.  But by then half my team is toast.  The only difference is that Akoth is now awakened to 2 stars and has Survival Instinct blessing.  There must be a bug with the Survival Instinct blessing.  FYI, if I take the team off auto and play Akoth's A2 manually, every enemy gets HP Burn like they should.
