Title: Progress Mission 117 Arcane Keep win 10 Greater Arcane Potions not completing despite looting needed items.

Device: iPad Pro;

OS: iOS 12.3.1;

WTR (way to reproduce an issue):

Step 1: view progress mission 117 in screen shot below;

Step 2: Complete Arcane Keep on level 7 or higher (14 in above screenshot) , loot Greater Arcane Potion;

Step 3: View progress mission in third screenshot still on 5/10;

Step 4: try not to break your IPad in frustration;

Description:

As stated above in title progression mission 117 won’t complete. I have screenshots above of my current status, me finishing the dungeon and looting the appropriate item and third screen shot with my status unchanged. I have looted 7 in total today that I have received credit on. 

What I have tried:

I have reset my cache twice and replayed the dungeon looted item and have progress not change

I have done this on my home WiFi connection that we have extremely high speeds on and looted the Greater arcane potion without getting credit.

I have completed this using my mobile devices LTE with full bars and not received credit when looting the appropriate mission item. 

I have submitted a help ticket an$ the automated response directed me here. 

This is extremely frustrating and I am hoping that you will resolve this issue for me so I can continue my progress.
