Hexweaver Upgraded Skills -1 Cooldown Not Applying
EDIT: Figured it out. Original Cool down is 5 turns. I'm an idiot. She's still not blue though.
I've leveled up Hexweaver's "Wings of Doom" to 3 which should reduce the cooldown from three turns to one turn.
In the screenshots below it doesn't seem to be applying correctly.
Additionally, I'm not sure the extra 20% to her heal is being applied.
MOST importantly, her portrait has her with blue skin but her model is pale flesh. LITERALLY unplayable.
Help my gurl out!
