Hi, owing to the heavy grinding event to 20k I have been grinding non stop and my inbox overflowed to 300. As i was clearing out today all the curing boots obtained from Brutal 12.6 I found I have lost some items from the overflow specifically my bonus exp 3 days from my previous pack purchases. I've noticed that some other players have faced the same issue.
