While playing with Hotatsu, I dont know if this is as intended, But his passive "spirit touched" when it procs, his other skills dont go down 1. they remain what they were before.
So if i had 3 turns left on "oni icon" for example when i got stunned, I will still have 3 turns AFTER his passive procs. Shouldnt this go down by 1? This feels like a bug to me.

I think you might be mixing up Hotatsu with another champion, unfortunately. Spirit Touched reads as such:
was not mixing him up. i tried using hotatsu on a clan boss team. I had him in there to take a stun.
Example, i use "oni icon" right before the stun, the move is booked by the way. now on his next turn, the stun comes off as intended due to his passive, however the cool down on oni icon didnt move, it was still 3 AFTER he self cleansed, so if he never took a stun, it would be 2. so yea next stun turn, I cant use Oni Icon. the cooldowns on his 2 moves dont go down by 1 turn, they remain stuck, if that makes sense.
So basically if hes taking the stun, I cant reliably use his other moves anymore, it feels broken.. I dont get the -1 on his cooldowns
Ah. Skill cooldowns do not decrease while stunned. I should've keyed in on that first. :)
