I believe you need to change your start up settings which can be found in task manager, followed by startup apps (or whatever it might be for your OS), then set it so Plarium Play doesn't open upon startup of your computer. 

Same issue, uninstalled, reinstalled, checked msconfig, and, the client. BOTH have it as don't load on startup, but, here we are.

It's loading automatically, as if it's a virus.
