I purchased the rare tome package twice. They appear in my in box but vanish when I claim them.an already existing tome is also gone.

And once again i do not recive my silver from this summon event, 1000000s. 

Whatever the event i never recive the silver, it has happened so many times now i lost count.

Probably missed out om about 5000000 silver total.

It sucks when you actually spent 500 dollars into this game, just to realise my account is cursed ore something.

Please solve this issue, and a compensation would be in its place.

Did not recive my 2000000 silver reward also from this summoning event. 

This is not acceptabel.

Makes it about 7.000.000 silver now from rewards i have not gotten.
