Its a planned thing to imporve ingame ai in a future.

I'm glad to read this but it's more than a AI issue I guess.

Usually, dumb AI just makes champions use their longer cooldown available skill whatever the situation is (even if it's useless) but in my case, she just completely forgets a skill. I don't ask her to use it at the right time but just to use it.
