I use an IPhone XS Max

My game freezes when I load into campaign battles, arena and I had two crashes that involved summoning a void shard and a mystery shard. I lost both shards at different times.  

I reset all settings on my iPhone to attempt to resolve the issue. I then reinstalled the game. Still not fixed. Finally I turned the graphics settings down on the game and it still froze. 

I have charter WiFi at 300mbps and I’m on ATT with 4 to 5 bars. I crash with WiFi on and off. 

I installed the game on my iPad Pro 12.5 with operating system 12.3.1.  It freezes less frequently but still happens.  

I love your game and would love to buy some packs but I can’t risk it while I’m being plagued with these issues. Maybe you have some advice on a setting I need to change?
