Description: Game freezes at the loading screen at about 95% of the loading bar. It will not move. This only has happened to me right after patch 1.7.

Details: The occurrence of this bug seems random. Happened to me at dungeon and campaign. I had about 110 energy and happened 4 times this morning. Have not tried Bluestacks yet, will try to do so.
you lose energy if you're going in a dungeon or campaign if you're going into arena you lose a coin so far i've lost about 450-500 energy and about 17-20 coins since the update F'en stupid if you ask me.... brake the game with a update that was supposed to fix it ironicness of it all lol, so as of about 3 hours ago i'm not playing anymore to waste more of my resources's https://plarium.com/forum/en/raid-shadow-legends/677_bug-reports/128198_bought-energy-and-items-missing-/ this support team haven't responded to any of my posts about it on here or the online support in game either they need to get there sh#t together imo and start to give us some answers about what's going on i've been waiting for almost a week for a response about missing items but sadly nothing still unfortunately
if this support team had a yelp it would be 1000% negative without a doubt

Doing dungeon or campaign = energy lost
It's happening on phone and emulator.
possible we won't get reimbursed for lost energy, coins or items lost because the gm's devs mods and community managers don't see what is happening in game, either its not getting reported enough for them to see the posts from people affected or its not happening to all servers and clients be it on phone or pc emulator just certain people are being affected by the 1.7 update....
That's one scenario the other is far more grim, they don't care about the problem atm because its not big enough and enough people don't have it yet,
either way its F'ed up having to wait as long as we all have sucks bigtime .
Really so annoying problem, because I never experienced any issues before May 7 updates while playing using my iPad.
After May 7 updates, I have experienced more than 100 times, lost energy and coin,
I am playing at New Jersey in USA, iPad Pro 11" (ios 12.1.4, 12.2.0 - I have udpated), clean out, reinstall...
First, I never experienced it over 23 days, and this issues are started after May 7th
game will not load on facebook. Arrives at 100 percent and stays there. been 4 days or so
