i posted how support dealt with a similar situation and that post was deleted???

It was because you spammed it across ~5 threads. That is not necessary. This is a situation that can only be dealt with by support, thank you. Any further spamming will result in a break from the forum. 

except I have seen support not deal with it, in fact, I have seen numerous posts where people are just told yeah whatever sorry... and lost all their resources. I also just watched my gems go from 304 to 34 without spending a single 1 of them... 

Hope someone gets to the foot of this gem vanishing act because as a new player and a F2P I've been very preciously saving my gems for the past week and now all but 35 are gone, literally hundreds of gems and I have nothing on my account new that would mean that I spent them on something and it's breaking my heart
