Hospitaller's second skill, "wave of purification", states that it "Attacks all enemies. Has a 50% of removing 1 random buff from each target."

I believe this is not working as intended or the description is wrong.  After many attempts at removing shields from a team of 4 in the arena, I have never seen the second half of the ability proc on more than one opposing champion ( counting resists as a successful proc at least).  In theory at 50% and up, the chance it should be a fairly regular occurrence for it to  remove a buff or be resisted by more than one enemy.   I believe, based on observation, the skill has a 50% chance of removing 1 buff from A SINGLE random target...which is disappointing and definitely not what the description states.
