WTR (way to reproduce the issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Demonspawn, and find the Fellhound hero;

Step 3: Check the Deflect skill description;

Bug Description: Deflect is described as: "Places a Block Damage buff on an ally for 1 turn."

Assuming that the buff can be targeted, and not just placed on an unspecified ally, please consider improving the wording as: "Places a Block Damage buff on the target ally for 1 turn."
