The Dungeon challenge 2.1 cannot be completed. Adding a Def Debuff to the Arcane Boss on stage 5 and then beating the stage does not reward you with completing the challenge.
I've used Bandit and Skink to add the Def Debuff multiple times but the challenge doesn't register as completed.

Guys! finally completed this Challege 2.1. Main advice just grind on Auto.
Decrease DEF Champions: ( I used two of them for good measure) - just level their XP up.
Slicer (rare)Lvl. 12 2 star
Novitiate (common) Lvl 7 only on move Harrying Shot.
Then your choice of AOE characters. I use Jizoh and Galek and the Hunger for support.
I am currently doing this challenge what is the best champion to use
