Support closing tickets without answering

Not sure if it's a bug or that's supports way of dealing with issues

By closing "tickets", do you mean the tickets you submit to the support team?

I too have noticed an issue with the level of in-game support.

I submitted one bug report in-game about an incomplete Champion skill description. I provided the Champion name, skill name, and what was lacking. The response was that:

  • If the issue isn't resolved, to check the forums. I say: Shouldn't the support agent know if it's resolved by simply looking at his own install of the game?
  • I should ask other players about it if it's a gameplay-related question. I say: Did the support agent not read the submitted bug report and see that it is not gameplay-related?
  • To join the official discord community. I did, which told me that it would be best to submit bug reports on the forums. Why have a way to submit bug reports in-game if we do and are then told to do it a different way?
  • If I am "yet to find the answer", to submit a new ticket. Can you imagine standing in line for a food order, reaching the clerk only to have them say "Sorry, no food for you right now. If you're still hungry, please go back to the beginning of the lineup."

On another bug report for a similar issue (incomplete Champion skill description) the response was for me to go talk to other gamers.

Respectfully, I hope you can understand that if you really want your players to report bugs, you need to actually accept them.

Yes tickets have been closed with no response I have screen shots of them
