WTR (way to reproduce the issue):

Step 1: Go to Champion Index | Factions;

Step 2: select Ogryn Tribes, and find the Pounder hero;

Step 3: Check the Spreading Ice skill description;

Description: Spreading Ice is described as: "Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn. If the target has a Freeze debuff, has a 25% chance of placing it on another enemy. Damage based on DEF."

It is not clear as to whether the chance to place Freeze on a second target is dependent on whether Pounder successfully placed Freeze on the target himself, or whether having had another Champion place the Freeze previously would also qualify. Please consider clearer wording such as (depending on what the case may be):

"Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn. If the Freeze debuff is placed, has a 25% chance of placing it on another enemy. Damage based on DEF."

Alternatively, if it doesn't matter who placed the Freeze, "Attacks 1 enemy. Has a 75% chance of placing a Freeze debuff for 1 turn. If Freeze is successfully placed or the target already has a Freeze debuff, has a 25% chance of placing it on another enemy. Damage based on DEF."
