75k is the damage you can deal the boss using "HP BURN" or other attack based o  enemy HP, let's say it's a damage cap, while poison should inflict 10k on 2.5% and 20k on 5%.

first of all, thanks for the reply. If what you suggest is true, then Combust is pretty weak. Cause my Champs already do 25k or 30k each poison tick. Even I would choose my lowest poison tick with 25k, would mean, only 3 Poison ticks will happen as damage with combust, everything else will be for nothing and I mostly have more than 3 Poisons on the ClanBoss. With 6 Poison Ticks, I would be between 150k-180k. Combust would only let 75k happen then? Please check this out.

Sidenote: When it comes to HP Burn at this moment, Elenaril make 75k on ClanBoss, but my Juliana Champ makes 90k damage with her HP Burn.

2 March 2019, now 17 October 2019 ---- over 7 months passed yet no fix even no answer?

As of today still no fix for combust bug. This is a truly infuriating problem, as Elenaril is the only legendary the game has seen fit to gift me with and ive been playing for almost 4 months. Plarium devs need to get off their fat asses and fix this.
