I have a serious summoning issue, and I cannot have it addressed due to this error.
The in game support is just saying loading when you click on the support button. It's been like this for a while now.

As a temporary solution, please try to clear the application's cache and submit a request again.
Yes I saw that thread, but you were saying the error was after you created a ticket. I cannot even make s ticket. It goes to the loading screen instantly.

Cleared my cache and it did nothing. But I'll wait for a fix. Thanks.
my game update on my Win 10 laptop has been loading continuously for over one hour now - when it first starts - it shows 3 min load time - then after 3 min - it shows a few seconds more - and never ends - - - i have rebooted several times - same bull shit - cleared cash & reboot same result endless update never completes
any one working today to try & fix my problem - outlined above
dont get your hopes up i been asking for help for past 2 weeks without any success.
for me there are 2 ways to play the game ... one is to uninstall and reinstall plarium play everytime i want to play and i cant close the game if i do i get ''updating'' and it never updates
second one is to use bluestack
