Logout but now stuck with a new game?

I clicked logout. Because I got an error saying someone logged in from another device (great security). I went back into the game only to get the full opening scene, and now the entire tutorial?


How do I get back to my original account? :S


FIXED: I decided to do the tutorial and see if that did anything. Afterwards I was able to click my options and put in login information and get back to my own account

Hello I accidentally logged out of my main account now I don’t know how to sign back in I had to go through the tutorial and when there’s no option to sign out or anything

I've got the same problem, but I cannot get back to my original one. It says the acvount is already connected when I try to log back in...


Never mind, I got it back. Just don't try the option of connecting to FB or P, just press the log in button.

I need help too! I logged out and can't get back in. It won't let me sign back in with Facebook. Worse yet is I have the Battle pass so I can't finish the Battle pass because I can't get into my game

I uninstalled the game on my phone then re-installed.  Everything was back!

This happened to me when I first started playing and never found out how to recovermy account.  then again this morning.  I only found out right before I found this message, and I am so glad that I did to verify the solution is correct.  Now  I see how often this problem occurs to many other players and the real pain in the ass solution required of havind to tak like 10 - 20 minutes to create a whole knew game and that is risky in the fact that Plarium is known to ban users for having too many accounts.  I doubt having only two accounts would make Plarium ban anyone but why wouldnt they if they think we are trying to earn free rewards that way?  

The bottom line is that this issue should have never been, and should certainly had been fixed long before now.  This is one more issue that Plarium does not listen to correcting problems brought up by clients.  Point proven by the "Tech Master" :

When you use a new mobile device you used to have to go through the tutorial. Now you will  see a login button on the top right of your screen, rather than having to start a new account by default. At least, that is now my experience with the new update.

Haveing the same problem . i logged out of my account and when i logged back in it started a new one. i send a email to support and got an auto reply that was no help. i had put alot of time into it and really want my good stuff back. any help out there?

Make sure to reply to the automatic email and wait for them to reach back out.
