I can see that you play via Android Emulator. Both screenshots display the timer to 180 min rewards on the Emulator. Could you please clarify if the Emulator is installed on 2 different PCs? 

Also, you specified in the post that the counter had started from the beginning. However, I can see the timer for the same reward in both screenshots. Please describe the issue in more detail.

I have 2 different PCs and emulator is installed on 2 different PCs. The screenshots were taken from 2nd PC only.

Please take a look on screenshots again. As you can see all rewards (except one) were taken on 1st PC. But on 2nd I was able to get arena refill only after 180 minutes.

So the issue again : player session time was more then 3h on one device and player session time counter was restarted on another.

I am successfully reproduced the issue. As you can see at 15:43 on 2nd device I got the counter again.
