Hello, ive been having the same problem. 2 weeks in a row now i cant collect my blue shard. It says i completed all my quest but still got to wait to collect, then next day i log in, it is reset and my reward nowhere to be found.

Hey Bruisetooth!
That's weird. The shard should be there. Just as Agent Pavel said, try looking at your mail inbox, or restart the game. It should be there as long as you completed all your missions and clicked "Claim". If it still doesn't work, submit a ticket here.
