So feel free to message support about this but the most likely reason is you opened a legendary on a different device or without RSLHelper open. 

correct. if  RSL helper was  not on and a lego was pulled that would not have reset the  mercy in return  very possible to run the RSL Helper counter for mercy up at that point when it was active later
