This is what I already have in L60:
Deliana, Scyl, Melga and Venomage.
This is what I got in L50 and can upgrade:
UDK, Aox, Shaman, Dark Athel, Shamael, Rector, Sinesha, Dark Elhain, Jareg, Alure, Giscard, Stag, Fenax, Pain Keeper, Marquess, Seducer, Kael, Apothecary, and Spirithost.
Any recommendations?

So, for dungeons at least, what you're definitely lacking in is wave clearing. Deliana can do the job okay if built as a nuker (though I doubt she is), and so can Venomage, but neither are truly wave-clearing nukers.
With that in mind, my vote would be Sinesha. She'll also help for campaign farming.

Hello!
After Sinesha I would go with Stag Knight. Stag will be your defense down champ and is just an excellent epic. Then I think I'd want to look into champions like UDK and Jareg (for clan boss, mainly). Normally would suggest Rector earlier but we have so much sustain with Scyl, Melga, Deli and Venomage.
